Facilitators sought
for caregiver
support groups

Caregivers frequently tell
us that support groups
make a positive difference
in their lives.They say that
there is nothing quite like
being with peers who are
facing the same problems,
that they find suggestions
for problems they’ve been
dealing with and that they
benefit from sharing their
own ideas and knowledge
with others.

We are currently seeking
volunteers interested in
facilitating monthly caregiver
support groups in Dutchess, Putnam and Ulster counties.
Training and support will be
provided by Alzheimer’s
Association staff.

For more information, please
contact Debbie Kagan-Birkeland at 800.272.3900.
