Lisa Kaurich
Lisa Kaurich, Director of Development
Lisa is excited to be part of the Alzheimer’s Association team. In her current role, she oversees the diverse pipeline of revenue for the chapter, including supervising Walk and Special Event Managers and managing relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners (including corporate and foundation relationships). A week after joining the Association in November 2018, her grandmother lost her battle with dementia, which ignited her passion for the mission even more.
Lisa started her career at the March of Dimes national headquarters, overseeing the nationwide youth program, including managing national partnerships, fundraising initiatives and marketing campaigns. Following her time at the March of Dimes, she served as assistant director of development at New York Medical College, where she developed and implemented a strategic plan for the corporate relations program, managed a portfolio of major and annual donors and oversaw the execution of annual events. She joined the Alzheimer's Association in 2018 as director of corporate and foundation relations, in which she oversaw the Hudson Valley Corporate Initiative program, and was later promoted to Director of Development.
She received her bachelor of arts in communication studies from Christopher Newport University in Virginia.
A native to the Hudson Valley, Lisa resided in Putnam and Westchester Counties before finally settling in Dutchess County with her husband, John, children, Abigail and Gregory, cat (Mozzie) and dog (Caffrey). She enjoys running, traveling, baking and anything creative.
You can reach Lisa by email at [email protected] or by phone at 914.253.6871.
