Hi everyone! My name is Reghan Giannelli. I am 27 years old and live in Yonkers with my family and fat cat, Addie. I am the community life director at the Fountains at RiverVue Retirement Community in Tuckahoe. I am studying to become a occupational therapy assistant and plan to continue working with the senior population after I graduate.
I love sports. My family has season tickets for the New York Yankees. My goal for 2020 is to start traveling more. I go down the Jersey Shore every summer with family and friends, but I think it is about time to spread my wings a bit further.
Growing up, I had two grandmothers who suffered from Alzheimer's. I learned at a very young age how vulnerable this population is, and they need all of the love and support that they can get. That is the very reason why I joined YPAC, to honor my grandmas and support the Alzheimer's Association. YPAC is the first committee I have ever been a part of, and I couldn't have picked a better group of people to work with.
